No. The extension fills the form; you review and click Submit. We deliberately don’t auto-submit — recruiters notice, and you lose the ability to tailor the last 5% per application.

Thousands — the full list depends on the ATSes we parse. Any company on Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, Workable, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, and a dozen others is automatically covered. See supported sites.

Yes. Email the careers URL to support@yoinka.com. If it’s on a standard ATS, it’s usually added within 24 hours. Custom careers sites take a few days.
How fresh are the listings?

Top companies are polled every 10–20 minutes. Long-tail companies are polled every 30–60 minutes. End-to-end delay from “posted” to “you get a notification” is usually under 30 minutes.
Privacy

Only you and the Yoinka systems that need it to autofill your applications. We do not sell or share resumes. We do not train models on your data.

Yes — Settings → Privacy → Delete account. All your data is removed within 24 hours. Your email is retained for 30 days on a bounce list so we don’t accidentally re-add you on re-signup.

Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc (any Chromium-based browser that accepts Chrome Web Store extensions). Firefox and Safari are on the roadmap.

Best on the 20+ ATSes with dedicated adapters — see supported sites. Generic fallback works on most forms but with lower accuracy.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel within 7 days of first payment, email support@yoinka.com for a full refund. After that, no mid-period refunds — but you keep Pro features until the period ends.
