Profile
Your contact info + work details. This is what the extension uses to autofill applications, so keeping it accurate directly improves your autofill quality.- Name, email, phone
- Location (city, state, country) — drives remote-only vs on-site filters
- Work authorization — defaults for “Are you authorized to work in…” questions
- Sponsorship — defaults for “Will you require sponsorship…” questions
- Voluntary EEO — gender, race/ethnicity, veteran, disability. “Decline to answer” is the default for every field
- Links — LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio
Notification defaults
- Default delivery mode — Immediate / Hourly digest / Daily digest
- Quiet hours — no notifications between hours (e.g. 10pm–7am)
- Follow-up reminders — nudge me when a tracked application sits in Applied for 14+ days
Extension
- Default resume — which of your uploaded resumes the extension uses
- Auto-advance — on multi-step forms (Workday, iCIMS), auto-click Next after fill. Default: on
- Sign out all browsers — revokes the extension token everywhere
Privacy
- Export data — download a ZIP of your profile, monitors, tracked jobs, resumes
- Delete account — permanent. All data removed within 24 hours
