## The basics

    Yoinka watches company careers pages for roles matching your criteria, notifies you the moment they appear, and (via the [Chrome extension](/extension/overview)) autofills the application with your resume and contact info.

    People actively job-hunting who want to be *first* on new postings and spend the least possible time copy-pasting their name and email into 40 different ATSes. Common users: students looking for internships, engineers targeting specific companies, career switchers casting a wide net.

  <Accordion title="Is there a free plan?">
    Yes — 1 monitor, 30 job alerts a month, webhook notifications, 1 resume. Enough to try the product end-to-end. See [plans](/account/billing).

  <Accordion title="Does Yoinka actually submit applications for me?">
    No. The extension fills the form; you review and click Submit. We deliberately don't auto-submit — recruiters notice, and you lose the ability to tailor the last 5% per application.

## Coverage

  <Accordion title="Which companies does Yoinka track?">
    Thousands — the full list depends on the ATSes we parse. Any company on Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, Workable, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, and a dozen others is automatically covered. See [supported sites](/extension/supported-sites).

  <Accordion title="Can I request a company?">
    Yes. Email the careers URL to [support@yoinka.com](mailto:support@yoinka.com). If it's on a standard ATS, it's usually added within 24 hours. Custom careers sites take a few days.

  <Accordion title="How fresh are the listings?">
    Top companies are polled every 10–20 minutes. Long-tail companies are polled every 30–60 minutes. End-to-end delay from "posted" to "you get a notification" is usually under 30 minutes.

## Privacy

  <Accordion title="Who can see my resume?">
    Only you and the Yoinka systems that need it to autofill your applications. We do not sell or share resumes. We do not train models on your data.

  <Accordion title="Do you share my data with companies I apply to?">
    Only what you personally type into their application form via the extension. Yoinka doesn't send a separate "candidate record" to companies.

  <Accordion title="Can I delete my account and data?">
    Yes — [Settings → Privacy → Delete account](/account/settings). All your data is removed within 24 hours. Your email is retained for 30 days on a bounce list so we don't accidentally re-add you on re-signup.

  <Accordion title="Is Yoinka GDPR / CCPA compliant?">
    Yes. Data export and deletion are supported. Data processing is covered in our [Terms](https://yoinka.com/terms) and privacy policy.

## The extension

  <Accordion title="What browsers does it support?">
    Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc (any Chromium-based browser that accepts Chrome Web Store extensions). Firefox and Safari are on the roadmap.

  <Accordion title="Does the extension work on any job site?">
    Best on the 20+ ATSes with dedicated adapters — see [supported sites](/extension/supported-sites). Generic fallback works on most forms but with lower accuracy.

## Billing

  <Accordion title="Can I switch plans at any time?">
    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  <Accordion title="Do you offer refunds?">
    If you cancel within 7 days of first payment, email [support@yoinka.com](mailto:support@yoinka.com) for a full refund. After that, no mid-period refunds — but you keep Pro features until the period ends.

  <Accordion title="Do you have student pricing?">
    Not currently, but the Free tier is designed to be usable for student job searches. Email us if you're leading a group/club search — we can discuss bulk discounts.
